Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   1.1. This competition is open to all guests of Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga.
   1.2. Employees of Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Details
   2.1. The competition involves finding ornaments hidden throughout Albury Wodonga. Each ornament may be redeemed for a reward of one (1) free movie ticket, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
   2.2. The competition begins on November 1st and ends on November 30th.
3. How to Participate
   3.1. Participants must locate an ornament, bring it to Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga, and present it to a Regent Cinemas representative to redeem their reward.
   3.2. A maximum of one reward is allowed per ornament, and each ornament can only be redeemed once.
   3.3. Participants may redeem a maximum of one (1) ornament per person per day.
4. Reward Details
   4.1. Each participant who successfully redeems an ornament will receive one (1) free movie ticket valid for any standard movie screening at Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga.
   4.2. Free tickets must be used by December 24^th, 2024.
   4.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5. Participant Responsibility
   5.1. Participants are responsible for all costs associated with locating and collecting the ornaments, including any travel expenses incurred.
6. Liability
   6.1. Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in the competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
   6.2. Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in case of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Personal Data
   7.1. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga’s privacy policy.
8. Disqualification
   8.1. Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these terms or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behaviour.
   8.2. Any ornament deemed counterfeit or altered in any way will be considered invalid and not eligible for a reward.
9. Acceptance of Terms
   9.1. By participating in this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
